SL5 users can also access TeX Live in /nfs/opt/texlive/. The default TeX compiler provided by Scientific Linux 5 (and RHEL5) is based on teTeX, not TeX Live. Texmaker is also available remotely from the CLASSE GRID script, via X2Go. The TeX Live 2022 environment is sourced, when Texmaker command is run.
